What is a Laptop Jacket?
A jacket for your laptop is lightweight fabric protection for laptops that can be “worn” on your laptop open or closed. While you may be familiar with a “sleeve”, “case” or a “slip cover”, those products will only protect a laptop when it is off and being stored. The advantage of a jackets is that it protects your laptop when it is in use, as well as when it is stored.
What makes one jacket better than another?
Laptop Jackets are just like any other apparel. What you like best, will work best. All jackets offer the same “amount” of physical protection. Each has features or fabrics that make it more attractive or appropriate for the many different ways you may want your laptop to look, while you use it. Maybe you’ll need more than one jacket for the different times you use your laptop.
What if I get my jacket and it does not fit?
Our jackets are sized to fit a majority of laptops in any given screen size. It is best to carefully measure your laptop using our Size Your Laptop Guide. If you have already received your jacket and are not satisfied with the fit, return it to the retailer from which you bought the jacket, just like any other clothing you might find isn’t quite the right fit.

Our basic policy regarding returns is to go to the retailer from which you bought your jacket and meet the criteria
that they have set forth for returns.
Does a jacket make a laptop run hotter?
Since 1995, we have never had a customer complaint for heating of their laptop as a result of a Jacket.

How much does a jacket cost?
Retail prices are established by the retailers themselves. Shoreline does not publish a Suggested Retail Price. If you see the jacket you want, buy it. Just like clothing, you may not find it in that size or that style again.
Can jackets be imprinted?
Yes, all of our jackets with the exception of neoprene, look beautiful with embroidery. Your local embroidery shop (every town has a few), can easily stitch your monogram or any other images or logos into our jackets.
Will Shoreline imprint/embroider a jacket for me or my company?
